On January 28, 2013, Mahidol University Library and Knowledge Center in collaboration with College of Music, Mahidol University, organized the Lecture on "Current Status and Future Trends of Libraries in U.S.A." by Professor Stephen Luttmann, Director of Skinner Music Library, from University of Northern Colorado, USA, 9.00 A.M. – 4.00 P.M. at Room D404, D Building, College of Music, Mahidol University.

   This lecture was a significant event for guiding techniques and means to develop Music Library in our country. There were representatives from both Library in Mahidol University and outside had joined around 70 persons. In this occasion, Ms. Chaweewan Swasdee, Director of Mahidol University Library and Knowledge Center, welcomed the speaker and gave a tour to Rattanakosin Exhibition Hall.
