On Monday 24^th, January, 2011 (10.00 am.), at Maegraith Conference Room, 8th Floor, Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University, Clin. Prof. Piyasakol Sakolsatayadorn, President of Mahidol University welcomed the Prince Mahidol Award Laureates 2010 in the occasion of special lectures “Research Experience on the Treatment of Malaria” by Prof. Nicholas J White and “Malaria in Africa” by Prof. Kevin Marsh.

          At the same time, Mahidol University has also organized a symposium in the field of public health “Zinc: From Discoveries to Public Health Significance” by Prof. Ananda S. Prasad, Prof. Kenneth H. Brown and Prof. Robert E. Black, the Prince Mahidol Award Laureates 2010.  This occasion was welcomed by Prof. Napatawn Banchuin Vice President and Assoc.Prof. Emorn Wasantwisut, Vice President for International Relations, Mahidol University, and took place at Institute of Molecular Biosciences, Salaya Campus.

          After special lecture, the Prince Mahidol Award Laureates 2010 have a visiting program at Center for Vaccine Development, Institute of Molecular Biosciences, a campus tour around Mahidol University Salaya Campus and have lunch at Music Square Restaurant.

          Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn have graciously consented to preside over the Presentation Ceremony of the Prince Mahidol Award Laureates 2010 at the Chakri Throne Hall on 26^th January 2011. [More detail.... Click hear]
