Exploring Asian Traditional and Contemporary Food Cultures in Asian Cities through Reflections on Food and Culture in Asia 2017 (EAT 2017)


The activity was hosted by Fukuoka Women's University, Mahidol University and Ewha Womans University. EAT 2017 is a specialized summer study program that explores traditional and modern Asian cuisine and culture through field trips and special lectures in Bangkok, Thailand (Jul.30-Aug.5, 2017) and Fukuoka, Japan (Aug. 6-13, 2017), home to both centuries-old and modern avant-garde culinary styles.
