The Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of the Repulic of Indonesia is pleased to announce the continuation of the Kemitraan Negara Berkembang (KNB) scholarship program to support students from developing countries to get their master degree in Indonesian Universities. These awards will be made for the 2017 - 2018 academic year through the Directorate General of Science Technology, and Higher Education Institutional Affairs, Minitry of Research Technology, and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia is offering the postgraduate (Master Degree) Kemitraan Negara Berkembang (Developing Countries Partnership) Scholarship or KNB Scholarship to potential students from developing countries including to those from Thailand. This program is very important not only to advance their knowledge and develop their competencies but also to tighten the relationship among developing countries.
The duration of Scholarship is exclusively correlated to the duration of the academic program as a maximum of 48 months period for Bachelor Program and a maximum of 36 months period for master program. The KNB scholarship (Master Program) will cover a settlement of monthly allowance. A round-trip economy class air ticket from the international airport of the student's home countries to Indonesia, including local transport to the host university.
All application process is conducted online through the KNB Scholarship website www.knb.ristekdikti.go.id , and the online application process must be complete no later tha April 30th, 2017.Please be informed that the recommendation letter from Indonesion Embassy is a mandatory. The selection result will annouce on the 1st week of June 2017. The successful candidates are expected to arrive in Jakarta on August 30 th, 2017
Requirements
1. Having maximum age of 35 year-old
2. Having a bachelor degree for applying a master degree program
3. Having a TOEFL /IELTS/other English Proficiency Certificate scores of 500/5. or equivalent
4. Completing the on-line application form
5. Signing a statement letter provided by the KNB Scholarship management for the successful
candidates prior to the departure to Indonesia.
